One Name, Two Realities

Across centuries, cultures, and continents, one name has echoed with unmatched influence—Jesus Christ. Empires have risen and fallen in the shadow of that name. In the other, he is honored as one of the greatest prophets, yet firmly human, a servant of God who neither claimed divinity nor fulfilled a redemptive role through death.

These are not minor theological variations. They are mutually exclusive claims.

If Jesus is God, then he cannot be merely a prophet.
If he was crucified, then he was not rescued from the cross.
If he rose from the dead, then his mission was something far greater than moral instruction.
And if he did not die, then the very foundation of Christian faith collapses.

This book is not an attack on faith, nor is it an attempt to provoke division for its own sake. It is an invitation—an invitation to think carefully, examine deeply, and confront a question that carries eternal weight. Too often, discussions about religion are shaped by tradition, culture, or inherited belief rather than rigorous examination. Many accept what they have been taught without ever placing those beliefs under scrutiny.

But truth does not fear examination.
